Nestled along the Blackwater River, this Milton waterfront home was transformed into a modern Mediterranean oasis that beautifully blends old-world charm with contemporary sophistication. The home’s original limestone finishes felt dated, but the family wanted to preserve the Mediterranean character they loved. After being inspired by an image of a sleek black kitchen, Joy reimagined the entire design with a bold black-and-cream color palette—creating a dramatic yet timeless look that feels both elevated and inviting. The result is a luxurious waterfront retreat that captures the essence of Mediterranean living in coastal Florida.
